🧾 1️⃣ Warranty Policy

📅 Warranty Period

All SkyCarStereo products come with a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.
Extended warranty is available for distributors and OEM/ODM clients upon agreement.

⚙️ Coverage

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship of the main unit, display, motherboard, and functional modules (DSP, CarPlay, 4G, etc.).

🚫 Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by incorrect installation or wiring

  • Accidental breakage, liquid damage, or external impact

  • Unauthorized modification or third-party repair

  • Normal wear and tear, accessories, or consumables

If a defect arises within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the defective product free of charge (excluding shipping costs if applicable).


🔁 2️⃣ Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

⏱️ Return Window

Customers may request a return, replacement, or refund within 30 days of receiving the product.

✅ Conditions

To qualify for return or exchange:

  • The product must remain in original condition, with all packaging, cables, manuals, and accessories included.

  • No physical or water damage is allowed.

  • A short photo or video proof of the issue must be provided for confirmation.

  • Customized or special-order items (such as logo-printed units or modified harness versions) cannot be returned unless defective.

🔄 Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact us at info@skycarstereo.com with your order number and issue description.

  2. Our support team will confirm eligibility and provide RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) instructions.

  3. Ship the item to the address provided; please do not return items without authorization.

  4. Once received and inspected, we will arrange a replacement unit or refund according to your request within 5–7 working days.

💵 Refund Details

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued through the original payment method (PayPal, credit card, or bank transfer).

  • Full refunds apply when the returned item is unused, complete, and in resalable condition.

  • Partial refunds may apply if packaging, accessories, or gifts are missing.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection, but may take an additional 3–10 days to appear depending on your payment provider.

  • Refunds are made in the original transaction currency; any international transfer fees or exchange rate differences are non-refundable.

🚢 Shipping Responsibility

  • If the return is due to a product defect, wrong item, or incorrect shipment, SkyCarStereo will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to personal reasons (wrong model, change of mind, or compatibility issues not confirmed before purchase), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

  • For international customers, please use a trackable courier to ensure safe return delivery.
